The user registration is simple and free, and allows access to the placing of orders online.

The Penguin Sub not disclose or sell its customer data to third parties. All information is confidential. Access to information is restricted and is only used for customer communication and processing of orders, including payment, delivery and after-sales service.

Delivery of orders:

Deliveries are made through the carrier CTT, the cost of shipping orders are calculated depending on package weight and delivery address.

Payment terms:

Purchases over € 1000, require 30% payment on delivery.

Cancel an order / Refund:

To cancel an order, please send us an email indicating the No. of your order and the reason for the cancelation via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it no later than twenty-four hours after having done the same.

You can not cancel an order after it has been issued. If you want to return after the order was issued not refund shipping costs. The Penguin Sub only supports shipping costs if item is damaged or there is error in shipment.
